Text submitted to writing tools

In the current no-account mode, the text you enter is processed transiently by structured drafting rules on our server. We do not intentionally save input or generated text in an application database, and this mode does not send the text to an external AI model provider.

Do not submit customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, order numbers, medical details, confidential employee records, trade secrets, passwords, or other sensitive information. Remove or generalize identifying details before using a tool.

Rate limiting

To prevent automated abuse, the service temporarily uses a privacy-preserving hash derived from request network information and sets a signed, HTTP-only usage cookie. The cookie contains a time window and request count, not the text you entered. It expires after the rate-limit window.

Analytics and hosting logs

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate usage and performance measurement. Vercel may also process standard server logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, status code, and timestamp, for hosting, security, and troubleshooting. We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.

Data security and retention

Requests are sent over HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Because we do not control hosting infrastructure logs, avoid entering data that should not be processed by a third-party hosting provider.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
